Dio Brando, later simply known as DIO, is the main antagonist of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure franchise. He is a power hungry vampire and the archenemy of the Joestar family.

In Part 3 he activated stand The World, with superhuman power and speed with the stand ability of stopping time.)

Tone Presence: Minor Game Changer (While having a strong laughably evil presence due to his hammy behavior, his crimes are still taken completely seriously both in-universe and by story narrative, with several Moral Event Horizons very horrifying and actually darken the mood of the story.)
