Summary[]
Guts is the main protagonist of the Dark Fantasy Manga series Berserk. He was born out of his mother's dead hanged corpse during the beginning of the Golden Age story where he was raised by Gambino who grew to have hatred for him over the loss of his Gut's adopted mother, because of this, Guts got cruel abuse form Gambino that caused him to kill and adoptive father and escape from the place he lived in. Guts soon is in a battle encounter from the mercenary band of the hawk where he gets captured by their leader Griffith who says that if Guts wins a fight against him, he's free, if not, he stays a member within the band, ultimately Guts fails and becomes their member.
