Saul Goodman, whose real name is James Morgan "Jimmy" McGill, is one of the main characters in the Breaking Bad crime drama franchise. He is a major character in Breaking Bad and the main protagonist of its prequel/sequel series Better Call Saul.
Goodman is a charismatic and legally flexible criminal defense attorney who specializes in representing drug dealers and criminals in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He becomes the lawyer and adviser to many criminals, most notably Walter White, Jesse Pinkman, and Mike Ehrmantraut.
He was portrayed by Bob Odenkirk.
