The Scale of Heinousness is a scale used to determine the heinousness of a character. It is used to show where certain concepts on the Moral Spectrum are on the scale of how heinous they are. On the left of the scale, it shows the most heinous characters to whereas on the right, it shows the least heinous characters.

Near Pure Evil (Class B Only) | General Heinous Standards surpassed but fail to meet In-Story Heinous Standards.
This is for characters that are in Rank 2 - that are in Class B. This is a specific type of Near Pure Evil character that fails the In-story Heinous standards to Pure Evil character(s), Near Pure Evil character(s), or Inconsistently Heinous character(s). Despite failing the In-story heinous standards, these characters still surpass the General Heinous Standards and have no redeeming qualities. Their heinous actions are usually emphasized by their lack of any redeeming qualities and are shown to be exceptionally evil because of their lack of redeeming qualities. In spite of their actions, they do fail to stand out to other characters due to the high heinous standards. | |||
Villainous Benchmark | Meets heinous standard to be a villain, but either: fails to meet the General Heinous Standards and In-Story Heinous Standards or meets only the In-Story Heinous Standards but fails the General Heinous Standards.
