Shirley is the main antagonist of The Jerkinators! He is an android created by Timmy Turner and Jimmy Neutron to serve as a challenge to them, but after being ignored by those two, he becomes an even bigger threat despite being incredibly friendly.

He decided to start pulling actual villainous deeds as a result of being mistreated rather than as a part of his programming. Not to mention that he redeemed at the end of the episode by selling pizza)
