He obtains his knighthood by blackmail, and completely destroys his family and its reputation by gambling, stealing, robbing, abusing and lying. In Palaedra, he forges the False Gryphonheart Blade and pulls it from its sheath, causing corrupt nobles and criminals to gain power on his side. He builds an entire garrison around his own mother's house and orders Captain Ferth to kill her if anyone attacks, and against his dying father he sends an entire army to kill him. After usurping the throne and capturing Paledon, he completely ruined the kingdom of Palaedra and creates a complete criminal state. He tears up his parents' letter without reading it, then kicks Milton until he passes out. Before the siege of the capital, he lets down his soldiers who are fighting for him and flees with his fellow criminals, then after Lysander goes after him, he does not undertake a fair duel, but first sends his dozens of bandits against him, while he is hiding in the dark and only after the death of his men attack his opponent.)
