Steven Universe is a cartoon animated TV Series focused around Steven, a gem-human hybrid who deals with his mother's legacy and the ongoing war she left behind.

While every single character started off with major corrupting qualities, one of the themes of the show is change and it goes to show in how each character grows and matures in their own way, shedding their negative qualities.

- Common Hostility: The Homeworld Empire constantly focuses on the colonization of other worlds, draining them from all life in order to grow more Gem Soldiers, expand their army and the reach of the Great Diamond Authoirty. Every Homeworld Gem acts under direct command from one of the three still living diamonds without as much as a choice.
